At PulseGuard, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimal information required to provide our uptime monitoring service:

  • Account Information: Your email address for authentication and communication.
  • Monitoring Data: The URLs/endpoints you provide for us to monitor.
  • Integration Data: Your Telegram Chat ID, stored securely, used strictly for sending you downtime alerts.

2. How We Store Your Data

Your personal data is securely stored using Supabase, a leading open-source Firebase alternative. We utilize Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that your monitoring data is strictly isolated and accessible only to you.

We do not store your credit card details. All payments are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. They handle your billing information in compliance with strict industry standards (PCI-DSS).

4. Data Sharing and Sale

We never sell your personal data. Your information is only shared with essential third-party service providers (like Supabase and Lemon Squeezy) strictly for the purpose of operating the PulseGuard platform.

5. Your Rights
