Welcome to PulseGuard. By accessing or using our uptime monitoring service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PulseGuard solely for monitoring public-facing web endpoints that you own or have explicit permission to monitor. You may not use our service to:

  • Conduct Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or network abuse.
  • Probe internal, private, or restricted IP ranges.
  • Monitor infrastructure with malicious intent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

PulseGuard offers paid plans processed via Lemon Squeezy:

  • Monthly Pro Plan: Billed automatically at $5/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard, and you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
  • Lifetime Deal (LTD): A one-time payment of $29.99 granting lifetime access to the Pro tier features. This is a limited-quantity offer and is tied to the purchasing account.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties (Uptime "As-Is")

While we strive for 99.9% reliability, PulseGuard is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that our monitoring pings, cron engines, or Telegram alerts will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly timed. We are not liable for any business loss, revenue loss, or damages resulting from missed alerts or downtime.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to the service at any time if you breach these Terms. You may also permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings.
